Real estate is about more than just transactions—it’s about protecting your livelihood, your clients, and the California dream you work every day to build. Legislation doesn’t care about party lines, and neither do we. The REALTOR® Action Fund cuts through the partisan noise to defend private property rights and keep the California housing market moving forward. When red and blue put politics aside, we get a #PurpleSolution.
Protect your business, your clients, and your future.
The REALTOR® Action Fund (RAF) is the California Association of REALTORS®’ voluntary political action fund. RAF helps support advocacy efforts and candidates who understand and support issues important to REALTORS® and the real estate industry in California.
RAF is focused on California. Through voluntary contributions, REALTORS® can help strengthen the industry’s voice on issues being considered by the California Legislature and policymakers throughout the state.
Every day, lawmakers in Sacramento make decisions that directly affect your bottom line, your daily operations, and your clients’ ability to buy or sell. Your RAF investment translates directly into boots-on-the-ground advocacy, ensuring those writing the rules understand the realities of the real estate market before passing legislation.
Your investment directly fuels:
Legislative Defense: Lobbyists and legal teams actively fighting harmful tax proposals, costly transfer fees, and unnecessary mandates that drive up the cost of housing.
Pro-Housing Advocacy: Championing policies that protect private property rights, expand housing supply, and keep the California market accessible.
Political Influence: Supporting bipartisan candidates who understand the value of real estate to our state’s economy and stand with REALTORS® when it matters most.
When you invest in the REALTOR® Action Fund, you aren’t just donating to a cause—you are buying a seat at the table where decisions are made.
Ready to make your voice heard in Sacramento? Getting involved is straightforward:
Make Your Investment: Contributions to the REALTOR® Action Fund are voluntary investments in your business and industry (please note they are not tax-deductible). Every contribution—big or small—adds collective weight to our advocacy efforts.

California REALTORS® face unique challenges and opportunities that directly affect our businesses, clients, and communities.
RAF helps support advocacy around issues such as:
The REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) is the National Association of REALTORS®’ national political action committee. RPAC helps support candidates for elected office who understand and support issues important to REALTORS®, real estate, homeownership, and private property rights.
RPAC does not support candidates based on political party. Candidates are evaluated based on their positions on issues that affect the real estate industry and the communities REALTORS® serve.
You know the heartbeat of your community because you’re living it every day—guiding families through closing tables, navigating market shifts, and seeing firsthand what buyers and sellers face.
When Sacramento tries to write the rules without knowing the reality on the ground, your business pays the price.
Your Experience. Their Attention.
